The services we offer are 'More than Food'
As a charity based on Christian values we seek to make a difference by giving hope, love and practical assistance to clients in need.
The services we offer are far more than food although this is an essential part of what we do.
Food
We offer clients who have a red voucher :
- A warm friendly non judgmental welcome
- A cup of tea / coffee (where facilities allow)
- Time to listen face to face
- 3 days nutritional food appropriate to the size of the family
We can assist clients who do not have a red voucher but this may result in clients having to wait to be assessed.
More – than – Food
We often are able to assist with toiletry items such as shower gel, shampoo, feminine hygiene products & baby nappies.
Welfare benefits Advice
Our team of advocates can assist and advise with welfare benefits issues. Face to face appointments are available to assist with Universal Credit, PIP, DLA & ESA problems or applications.
Money Life Debt Advice
Our Money Life Debt Team can assist with budgeting and debt management plans. Find out more
Home Start
Basic household items such as bedding, blankets, crockery, cutlery & cleaning products are often available.
Baby Basics
Via referral from a health care professional, this project supports new families with a range of equipment if they are struggling to meet the financial and practical challenges of a new baby.
