Important announcement
All of our foodbank satellites are open as usual for food. The procedures have slightly changed so please be patient with the staff team if you need to use our service. You will need a red voucher or job centre voucher.
1. If you usually use our Grove Road satellite and need a red foodbank voucher :
a. contact the person or organisation you usually get a voucher from.
b. If you don’t have a contact like this please call 01323 409925 and an advocate will discuss the situation with you.
2. Our satellites at St Elisabeths (Tuesday), St Richards (Monday), Willingdon Trees (Wednesday), Gateway (Wednesday) & St Lukes (Friday) will be able to help you with food and issue a voucher.
3. We will not be offering face to face welfare benefits advice but can offer assistance over the phone on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday afternoon between 2:00 & 4:00pm – call 01323 409925
4. We can offer a limited delivery service for foodbank clients who are in isolation due to the virus.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HELP ANYONE WHO NEEDS FOOD OR OTHER SUPPLIES JUST BECAUSE THE SUPERMARKETS ARE SHORT OF STOCK.
If the situation worsens this situation may of course change.
